Directions:

1. Insert handle bars, making sure that the "spring buttons" snap in properly.
2. Adjust steer tube height and then tighten quick release.
3. To unfold, simply push lever backwards and extend steer tube to up right position. Make sure that latch locks securely.
4. To fold, push lever backwards and fold steer tube down. Make sure that latch locks securely.

To Remove Handles: Press brass button in and pull handle outward.
To Replace Handles: Insert grip, align brass button with hole, making sure button snaps into hole securely.

To Raise/Lower Steer Tube Height: Open QR handle, adjust steer tube to desired height, then firmly close QR handle, making sure that it applies clamping force on the steer tube. If QR is loose, open handle, twist knurled bolt on other side clockwise a few turns, then close QR handle again. Repeat if necessary until QR clamping force is adequate.

To Fold/Unfold Steering Column: Press down firmly on lever, and move steering column to folded/unfolded position.
